the company with very little benefit at the end of the project.
Not so with our consultancy services !!
Although we do wear smart suits when appropriate, and talk with your people
at all levels from shop floor to board room with confidence, we take great
pride in completing our consultancy projects on time to a fixed budget,
with the express goal of delivering tangible benefits to the company well
in excess of the investment made in the project.
Whether it be accelerating order to despatch
times, improving warehouse put-away and retrieval cycles, analysing production
utilisation, or providing key financial statistics, we work to agreed terms
of reference and time scales to deliver and implement effective solutions.
We place great emphasis on understanding your business before we embark on
a project.
This invariably leads us, where appropriate, to discussing specific topics
with your employees at the level you decide is relevant, to give us the detailed
base line against which we can develop improvement plans.
Deliberately targeting our reports and presentations
for the intended audience, we won't blind you with science or present a vast
array of spreadsheets and graphs which take an age to understand, let alone
act upon and implement.
We also don't just walk away once we've presented our reports.
Either by establishing a set of monitoring procedures you can adopt, or by
regular visits to an agreed schedule, we aim to contribute to the implementation
during it's life cycle, not just at it's inception.
