In a field engineer management environment, the rota module dovetails with the document delivery systems and client/contact matrix in such a way that the appropriate engineer can be in receipt of the maintenance call details almost as soon as it has been received. Where appropriate, using the web interface engineers can access calls over the internet, not only receiving the information but providing feedback.
