Far more than just another stand-alone CRM package, SASCrm
is deliberately designed to bind seamlessly with virtually any business
system, presenting an integrated relationships environment for both internal
and external customers. The modular methodology is extremely
flexible and intuitive, giving rise to rapid implementation and highly adaptable
operation. Fully utilising true client/server technology and inbuilt remote
connectivity, SASCrm delivers on demand solutions for both office and
      on-the-road users.

As you would expect, the application includes
    full activity reporting, enabling for
example sales managers to instantly view feedback from in-the-field salesmen,
and where appropriate schedule further activities. And with powerful interfaces
with Microsoft Word and mail merge, delivering mail shots to customers has
    never been
    so easy !!

The fully featured centralised diary ensures everyone can instantly see appointments pending for all users, and more importantly quickly and easily identify available time slots, whether it be for an internal sales meeting or an external customer visit. Within the confines of the security hierarchy, users granted the facility can make appointments for other users, enabling full diary management.

With inbuilt interfaces for document delivery
by fax, email, and SMS, alongside integration to suitable telephone systems
and automatic data interchange with your web site over
the internet, SASCrm truly puts your personnel in touch with clients,
    in-the-field support staff, and salesmen.

In a field engineer management environment,
the rota module dovetails with the document delivery systems and client/contact
matrix in such a way that the appropriate engineer can be in receipt of the
maintenance call details almost as soon as it has been received. Where appropriate,
using the web interface engineers can access calls over the internet, not
only receiving the information but providing feedback.
